ABOUT THE FORUM
Organised for the first time by the Municipality of Chisinau, the event aims to connect the city with potential investors and stimulate the implementation of investment projects, which would generate economic benefits for investors and support the development of a modern city with quality infrastructure and efficient services, thus providing optimal living conditions to its inhabitants.
The Chisinau Economic Forum gathers over 500 guests, representatives of academia, associative and business, economic experts, investors and donors, as well as official delegations from twin and partner cities and its main objective is to provide a platform for discussion and debate on investment and development potential of Chisinau municipality
The following topics will be discussed within Chisinau Economic Forum: challenges and opportunities of investors in Chisinau, urban development through the eyes of business community, Chișinău Green City, Chișinău Intelligent City, urban mobility and tourism, sustainable development of the municipality and others. Chisinau Development Strategy 2020 – 2030 will be presented, as well as Chisinau Municipality Investment Map, including over 60 attractive investment objectives reffering to such areas as: real estate, entertainment, land ownership, public-private partnerships, projects related to modernisation of public lighting, e-ticketing and e-parking, alternative transport, solid waste management and many others.
